It’s when times are really tough that we catch a glimpse of how compassionate and giving people really can be! How about teaching kids to give to back their community? Recently, our kids raised over $1000 from spare change, as part of Common Cents’ Penny Harvest (the largest child philanthropy program in the U.S.). Every bit helps!

Agree wholeheartedly with Heather. I was thrilled when our son decided to forego birthday gifts at his party and invited his friends to make a donation to Right to Play. He received a thank-you from the director and felt on top of the world for his contribution.
